The Cavallotti Winery was founded in Valle Scuropasso in the Municipality of Cigognola (PV) back in 1944, from the vision of its founder Ferdinando Cavallotti. Today the third generation of the Cavallotti family, the brothers Elena and Cesare, are involved in the company, who with passion, technique, attention to detail and foresight carry forward the company philosophy that has distinguished the wines of the Cavallotti Winery for over 70 years.
