This sake brewery is located in Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture. We brew sake with love, like raising a precious daughter.

Hiyokuzuru Sake Brewery was founded in 1895 and produces local sake from Jojima, a famous sake-producing region in Kyushu. The brewery has a rice mill and water purification plant on its premises, and produces sake with a strong flavor and a soft mouthfeel using home-polished rice and brewing water pumped from 200 meters underground.

Huangjiu Liquor Co., Ltd. specializes in the production and distribution of traditional Chinese Huangjiu (yellow rice wine).
