Kürşat is a family business from Ayvalık that has been continuously producing olives, table green olives, black olives and olive oil for four generations. Our family's roots go back to Crete. Our grandfathers, who were olive growers in the village of Ayorya, exported the world-famous olive oil they produced to many European countries.

We use carefully selected vegetables from natural farms and domestically grown vegetables to make pickles that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. We make our pickles with love and dedication just for our family, and we always strive to deliver them in the best possible condition.
