That's it, everything is in place to welcome you! The harvest was held at the end of July, and the garlic is now ready for sale. You will find our products at the farm and in most IGA/Metro stores in the Trois-Rivières/Shawinigan region. For those who are regulars at the farm stand, we have prepared a big surprise for you. We assure you that the farm experience is greatly enhanced this year. The stand offers not only garlic and garlic powder, but also refined products from the Alchimistes gastronomiques who transform our garlic and garlic flowers into a multitude of variations (black garlic, garlic oil, mustards, honey, etc.) So come and meet us at 2100 rang St-Olivier. We are there from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays. Outside of these hours, note that the stand remains open on the self-service formula. So 24/7 until temperatures allow.
