The Budokwai Schwäbisch Hall e.V. has been the study group for modern self-defense in Schwäbisch Hall since 1971. The sports on offer include Ju-Jutsu (a mixture of karate, judo, aikido, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA and others), Bujinkan (martial arts, nin-jutsu) and Eskrima (Filipino stick and knife fighting). All of these sports are also ideal for self-assertion and violence prevention.
