Welcome to the only Korean Society for Animal Food Research related to livestock products in Korea. Since its launch as the Korean Meat Research Association in 1978 and its establishment as the Korean Society for Animal Food Research in 1993, it has contributed to the development of the domestic livestock products industry and academic fields through academic exchanges related to livestock products such as meat, milk, and eggs. Every spring, it provides a venue for academic information exchange to introduce research and industry trends in the field of livestock products science and technology. The academic journal 'Food Science of Animal Resources' regularly published by the society is the most competitive SCI(E)-level international specialized academic journal in the field of livestock products, and is making rapid progress by being listed in PubMed Central and SCOPUS. In addition, the industry journal 'Livestock Food Science and Industry' is also published to exchange with the livestock products industry, and we strive to share rapidly changing industry trends and related useful knowledge with members and the industry and to build a strong cooperative system.
