I first encountered Sunagawa Noboruken's "Workplace Culture" when I was shopping at Best Denki in Ishigaki Island and was given a copy of it, which was placed next to the cash register along with a sign that read "Please help yourself." Until then, the company had not held morning meetings, but as the daily "topics" were written there, I began to think it would be good to share with my employees what I had experienced, learned, and failed at. Some of the stories may be boring or difficult to relate to, but I hope that even one page or one line will be useful or give you something to look forward to. I believe that what is valuable is not overlooking the small encounters and realizations in daily life and taking action to connect them to the future. After I stepped down as president, I no longer led morning meetings, which prompted me to start this website. I hope that even if it is just one line or one word, you can feel something from it.
