Our association is the only public interest corporation in Aomori Prefecture established in 1967 under Article 74 of the Real Estate Transactions Law. In accordance with the three public interest corporation laws that came into force on December 1, 2008, we were newly certified by the Aomori Prefecture Certification Council on March 19, 2012, and transitioned to the "Aomori Prefecture Real Estate Transactions Association" on April 1, 2012. We currently have 590 members in eight branches in Aomori Prefecture, and are members of the National Federation of Real Estate Transactions Associations (Zentakuren), a public interest corporation whose members are the real estate transaction associations of all 47 prefectures in Japan.
