Appointment booking of the wrong service or multiple appointment bookings will be automatically cancelled. Online appointment booking is currently available for the following services only:(1) IN-PERSON PASSPORT APPLICATIONThe best mode of passport application is through the online application directly with ICA at https://www.ica.gov.sg/documents/passport/apply. This is the fastest mode of application and saves you some money as well. If you would still like to apply in-person, please bring along all the required documents listed here for your appointment. You may be turned away or your application may not be accepted for processing if you have missing documents. Do call or email us if you require any clarifications. One appointment slot is for one application only. If you would like to submit applications for two persons, please book two separate appointment slots. (2) IN-PERSON PASSPORT COLLECTIONAppointment slots for in-person collection are only for applicants who have been notified by the Singapore High Commission of their approved passport applications.(3) VISA APPLICATION SUBMISSION - RELOCATED TO VFS VISA CENTREThe High Commission has appointed VFS Global as an Authorised Visa Agent for Singapore visa application in the UK. From 20 November 2023, all visa application submissions will be relocated to VFS Visa Centre at 66 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BT. The High Commission will no longer accept visa application submission at its premises. To book an appointment to submit a visa application or for any enquiries on Singapore visa, please visit https://visa.vfsglobal.com/gbr/en/sgp/ or contact VFS at +44 20 3793 8632 or Info.SingaporeUK@vfsglobal.com. The visa application fee remains at £19. VFS processing fee is £13.50. These fees must be paid at the point of visa application submission. Submission of Visa Transfer Application will continue to be done at the Singapore High Commission at 9 Wilton Crescent, London SW1X 8SP. Please contact the High Commission at Singhc_lon@mfa.sg directly to book an appointment for visa transfer application.---IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel your appointment at least 48hours prior to your appointment.
